That one, just because it's different from standard Argentine fare and not altered to fit local tastes. Here are a few that maybe aren't that well known:

El Colmado on Cerviño and Kennedy is good. Everything is made in house, daily.

El Salteño - Gascon 578 - traditional food from NORA.

La cucina de Michele - LM Campos 599
