I suspect the former as I don't think there have been any deportations of "fake tourists" returning from a visa run to Uruguay (though I would like to know if there have been any).

I do wonder if the same official is responsible for the recent "deportation" of "fake tourists"at Ezeiza or if more than one of them is exercising this "discretionary" power.

Just curious Baho, if a passenger arrives at EZE and has not paid or does not have proof of payment for the reciprocity fee, are they subject to the same deportation order?
