Expedited courier services?

I need to send a document to the US ASAP but don't really want to pay a million dollars.
I can put it on a plane with a friend and hope she gets it to fedex on monday.. but id rather just send it myself . any ideas?

Fedex charges 150 pesos & it's 2 day delivery. I sent a doc on Wed afternoon and it arrived in the US Friday around lunch. It's the best bet in my opinion.
