A total disgrace, all the expenses are prefabricated with the mafiosi contractors and the administrator to get their share of the booty they suck out from the condo suckers (residents) and on top of that when they come to repair something they make sure to left behind a wreck of something else so the next month expenses keep on matching the last years and growing at the inflation pace....delinquents.
