Foreign credit cards purchases at MEP rate

Amex is very slow, but it comes through (in my experience). Not my card of choice in BA. Much prefer visa or mastercard, where the discount occurs in realtime.
 
Just used my Capital one debit card today for gas and food, different stores, was charged
1199.5 pesos per dollar. Not bad right now I think.
