Fourth of July celebration in BsAs

Just came across an article in Infobae announcing a free 4th of July celebration this Saturday from 3pm to 8:30pm at Maipú 672.

The celebration, sponsored by Democrats Abroad and the Instituto Cultural Argentino Norteamericano (ICANA), promises to include food, movies, music, a raffle and more.

Absolutely. The long "I" in English is really a diphthong of the continental "A" & "I" sounds or the "a" & the sound of a long "E" in English. So "Mai" sounds like "my".

And "pu" in Spanish would sound like "poo" in English. Entonces...

I love that word!
