Getting ripped off by US Social Marketing Co.???

Hi,
I own a small online business and am wondering why I am paying for social marketing for my site(integration of website blog, facebook, twitter, etc.) in the US. There must be someone doing the same thing here for half the price, right?

Also, I am trying to set up a booking system for myself and some fellow teachers. I need to be able to log in and book appointments in accordance with teacher schedules.

If you know anyone who can help with either of these things and could let me know that would be awesome.
