Global Marijuana March

What you'll find here is "prensado paraguayo" (like the mexican bricks) -> strong ammonia smell, really harsh to smoke but does the job (rather a stoned effect than a high one).

That's just what you find easily, that you can pretty much find just by walking down the street and smelling in certain places. I hear they actually soak it with Coca-Cola to get it to press into the bricks. If it smells ammonia-ish is may have gone moldy...

Flowers are available, but like most things, you have to know someone. And that can be tough with this subject - many Argentinos with the good buds won't sell it and you have to find them when there is extra. However, there are some producers...

My uncle spent 20 years (twenty) in a maximum security prison in the US for driving marijuana across state lines. He was a hippy, first arrest. Got out and died 6 months later of cancer.
I hope it gets legalized soon!

Montauk, that is truly horrifying. My sympathies to your uncle, and you.

The USA, with 5% of the world's population, has 25% of the total prisoners in the world. And the private prison industry has a profit incentive to boot.

I have a ex coworker who is serving a sentence for bringing BC bud across the straight of Juan de Fuca in her sailboat. Total hippy, free love, type. Real outdoors chick, biker, skier, hiker. If you talked to her or her friends you'd believe her arrest was the most unfair thing in the world. A direct product big business and it's war on drugs.

Oh and the guns? And the piles of undeclared cash? Just part of the free love trade man.

I'm all in favor of legalization, I think it's ridiculous to pretend that marijuana is a greater detriment to society than alcohol. But if it is illegal in and we all know that that it's illegal, please don't act shocked if you get sent to jail for it. Just be thankful you're not in Singapore and hanging for it.

Your brutally callous indifference to the suffering of others is truly inspirational, Philip.

When you use phrases like "Total hippy, free love, type", you're obviously channeling Bill O'Reilly again, and your credibility goes out the window.

Isn't it obvious that Philip's friend is suffering and and he is far from indifferent about it and that "total hippy, free love type" may be an accurate description of her?

Sarcasm and facetiousness has their place, but to say that what Philip wrote displays "brutally callous indifference to the suffering of others" simply does not compute.

Of course. Brutally callous indifference to the suffering of others is the exclusive property of Ayn's Acolytes.

I am hung over, havent smoked in over a month, please someone email or private message me with some useful information if you can... I live in san telmo and would love to 'chill' tonight :)

Why would you post this on the internet next to a username that I'm guessing is your first and last name and a picture of what I can only assume is your face?

Guns and violence are the result of it being illegal. We have been waging a war on drugs for about 40 years and the only result is death--people who die from overdose, people who are killed in the crossfires, people buried alive in prison. Time to try something else.

Well said!
