A small tip.... I worked over a decade doing business management for high profile clients and one of the things that struck me was how common and affordable (to them) a private chef was.
For a couple hundred you could have a private chef cook you a 3 course gourmet meal anywhere you want. They bring their own knives and other gear. They will present you menu options and will bring the raw ingredients as well (charged separately of course).
When you think about it, a restaurant really is just a nice place to enjoy a nice meal out of the house, hassle free.
For what is costs to reserve a rooftop bar, you can have a nice AirBnb with a balcony for the night, a private chef and even clean-up crew to do the dishes. They can double as the photographer or hire your own. Were talking $1,000 or less total. Plus you get the spend the night, no uber required...how great is that.
Hope that helps.
