Hola, I've not been around for long but i've been to a couple of good restaurants. One is called Munich Recoleta (un poco caro but worth it) and the other was La Ruka Parilla in Palermo! buena suerte!

I would take a look at this website. She hasn't been everywhere, but she's been a lot of places and she's pretty trustworthy.

Am gonna recommend ceviche (imaginatively named) on Costa Rica, we were there last night and all left happy. You can order a plate each for dinner or share dishes.

Sushi, ceviche and peruvian.

Rosa Negra , Carmella's both on Dardo Rocha in Martinez.
A little french place in La Lucilla next to the train station.
Nelly's in Porto Olivos.

My life basically centers around eating and drinking wine so I've been to a lot of restaurants around the city.

Chila is by far my favorite restaurant in buenos aires. I've been 4 times and each time the quality has blown me away. Not to mention

Runners up:

Hernan Gipponi Restaurant
Tomo I
Le Sud

I can recommend puerto crystal in puerto madero. Oysters and scallops tartar are owesome. Yacare is great too there.

My short list...
Siamo Nel Forno - Palermo Hollywood (Its one of the best pizzas I have ever had)
The Burger Joint - Palermo Viejo (very good american style homemade burgers)
Magendie - Palermo Hollywood (Good Selection of Salads, Sandwiches, healthy foods, also they have the best bread in town.)
Poroto - Palermo Hollywood (Good Sandwiches - chicken, veggie, fish, all nice and fresh with a good salad.)
