graduate study - apostille of undergraduate diploma

Hi i am right now going through the same things and would like some help as i am here in california just visiting and ready to return back to bsas and i'm having a lot of trouble getting my diploma and transcript apostlle so any help would be great i actually took my original diploma to bsas when i was over there living and they said it need to be authenticated so i'm just really confused of what should do-any help would be great-
