Having a baby in Argentina

@ camel...i know right and currently working on that. So what's next.

Wife went back from us to Argentina to give birth to baby. Bought private health insurance and had to pay a large fee, like $1000 or so USD, to get coverage.

I think Ceviche and Camel need some lessons on the steps. Cevhice thinks finding a man should be step 2 (after getting pregnant apparently) and camel thinks getting pregnant is step 1 (me thinks some things need to go down before that).

Fiscal, yeah the health insurance providers have systems in place to stop people joining once they are pregnant. I think they also charge seperately for the delivery if you join once past a certain point. I think OSDE charges 100,000 pesos for the delivery if you join them once already pregnant. I could be wrong on that. Galeno is more relaxed on this matter compared to others.
