I thought this last paragraph was kind of funny:

Cos they don't seem to be able to get a hold of anybody from the company, ie, the company IS there but noone Is there...

Yes Queso, that's the bit that flumoxed me, in as much as being flumoxed here is normal.
They have a private grievance with Gordon and stop traffic...check.
