I think its kinda in limbo with most of them. Of the 2 well known ones (the ones i know about) Hotel Bauen is operating "illegally" and hasn't been updated since the 70s (most likely due to the limbo), although it seems FaSinPat are now sorted after the state paid off the creditors.

Taking over companies in Argentina means never honoring contracts, liabilities, shareholders or prior ownership.
