Housekeeper pay

We pay $9,000 an hour here in Neuquen, 14 hours a week. Our housekeeper has another family paying $7,000 an hour for daily visits and she has another client paying $14,000 an hour (once a week). Rates vary widely it seems.

Yeah, I guess the price varies depending on how often and how many hours they work each week/month.

Are there en blanco cleaning service companies that you can go through to hire a housekeeper? Or do you just have to hire the individual?

Yes, there are companies, we used one called Rapi Limpio (@rapi_limpio on IG) some time ago. This was in Belgrano.

Though there are both, I would caution that it depends on your needs. If you are looking for a daily housekeeper that will have a set of keys and enter when you are not home, you may want to consider hiring an individual. A company may send whoever is available that day and personally I would not trust just any rando representing the company with unfettered access, unless you had nothing particularly valuable and a whole lot of internal cameras.
