How's The Real Estate Market In Buenos Aires???

BTW an add in Clarin said COMPRO CEDINS, anyone has CEDINS and is interested to sell ?

Do you know the exact name of the tax that has increased and the new rate?

Also, does proving the origin of the funds apply to both resident and non-resident sellers?

No I do not know the names. But there are more taxes taken out by the government. I can imagine that you must prove the origin of the funds if you are a non-resident and that they entered correctly, but I am not sure on that one. Likely it doesn't matter, since if you are a non-resident you probably never had to pay income tax. Those are both questions you should ask a good escribano.

Howdy FlowerPot,

Probably a better idea to create a new thread than resurrect a 12 year old one.

It would help to know what areas you are talking about and what market you are referring to, apartments, houses, commercial?
