amaranth

Barley

buckwheat

Pearl millet

bulgur wheat

Khorasan wheat or kamut Grain

barley = cebada
bulgar wheat = trigo de bulgar

There is a place on Oro between Santa Fe and Berruti that *usually* has both.

No clue about the others.
