Since there is a law that states that non-residents have to pay for tourist services in their currency (i.e., dollars or Euros), I wonder how that will work? Will they just charge the conversion at the official rate?

All services to be offered in Argentina will be in pesos, IMO in domestic flights Airlines will have Only one fare in pesos for all passengers . Purchase of services delivered overseas will continue be in Foreign Currency?
 
As human beings they have some rights but people who lives here have full rights.
