As it didn't happen a week ago, today is the Wednesday that I thought that the new decree might be signe That was before Bajo_cero2 to indicated that it was "fake news" in the first place.

I just asked Google for the the latest available information on the new decree. Fortunately, there was nothing about the signing or implementation of the new decree, but there was a link to a 2021 article about the repeal of the decree of 2017:
