The greater your sense of self-esteem, the greater your confidence to take and keep control over your life. You can have better relationships, feel more at ease, express yourself spontaneously, reach you goals more easily.Everyone has wonderful special qualities that are unique to them. It is important to recognize them and nurture them. Through therapy we can develop a sense of self worth and balance our self esteem.
