If you withdraw money from your foreign bankaccount the money will be send to the Central bank of Argentina and you will be given Argentine pesos.
With the current blue rate I doubt many expats will be using the ATM and take advantage from the Blue rate or something like Xoom?
Any estimates on how much money is lost by the Argentine state this way?
