ISO: English tutor for 9yr old English speaker

My 9 year old son is a native English speaker, but has attended and all Spanish school in Argentina since the age of 6. In anticipation of returning to the US within the next few years, I would like to hire a tutor to work with him on his English writing and reading skills.
I'd prefer someone with teaching experience, but will entertain all options.
Please, only native English speakers.
