Particularly when the “other point of view” is that of Devin Nunes - someone whose is himself a part of this drama, to say the least.
His conduct at every turn, especially in his role as chairman and then ranking member of the House Intelligence Committee, has been less than forthright, less than honest. And that is putting it charitably.

Having women, people of color, different religions, sexual preferences in positions of power is truly a great thing, but let's see if they advocate for policies that help disenfranchised people, rather than just being a different face for the same destructive policies. Many people who celebrate that diversity, are quick to hysterically yell socialism when policies are proposed that would actually help those groups such as increasing the minimum wage, universal healthcare, free college education and an end to continuous war.

The white liberal MSNBC crowd is most concerned with signaling that they aren't racist, but God forbid their taxes go up a few percentage points to help those minority communities overcome the centuries of discrimination and neglect by the government.

Malcolm X talked a lot about the phoniness of the white liberal. I couldn't agree more with him.
