Jailbreak/homebrew Ps3

Hi,

I have a PS3 I purchased in Peru which was pre-jail broken. In my absence of a few months some douche bag updated the firmware so now I have a 1TB hard drive full of games I cannot play. In Peru services to jailbreak anything are plenty but here I'm not so sure. Does anyone know of any where offering such services?
