Argentina is a great place to find long a long term partner, especially the women from smaller cities. They seem less influenced by western culture.

What is Argentina then, Asian culture? My wife is from Olavarría (a "smaller city," though she still insists it's "campo"). She had little trouble adapting to coastal California, and now feels more at home there in some ways. English is her professional language, and communicating in current Argentine slang causes some problems. Still, she misses her family and returns with some regularity.

Yes plan is to settle in Perth at this stage. She is from Tucuman so I think it will be easier on her adjusting to a smaller city anyway. She spent a cpl of months in Perth during winter and loved it so it's a good sign!!

This is a really uncool and patronising comment. Argentine ladies, whether from a small city or not, are well educated and do not appreciate being spoken about like some kind of Philipino $1 buy a bride deal. R.E.S.P.E.C.T. please!
