looking for roommate for house in villa crespo

I have a large, lovely house in Villa Crespo, on the edge of Palermo. I am looking for a roommate for 6-month commitment from January-June period of 2011. I will be traveling periodically and would like to find somebody who has concrete plans to remain in Buenos Aires during this time. The place is unforgettable... modern... spacious... recently remodeled... Large patio, huge gardens, quincho, etc. You must really love dogs. And it would be great if you enjoyed gardening... particularly organic vegetable gardens... and would like to get your hands dirty. You must be employed and/or otherwise able to demonstrate that you are stable and serious. Reasonable rent and expenses for a luxury lifestyle (lots of space, fully-equipped, Internet, DirectTV, full-time maid)... a chance to share a true oasis right in the middle of Buenos Aires.
