Magdalena´s Party restaurant

I'm not trying to be a hanging jury, I'm just saying that customer never wants to hear the excuses (however valid they may be). I went to one of the best Swiss hospitality schools in the world and worked for the Ritz Carlton and would have been the one hanged if I babbled out excuses. Not that I would compare a soho bar to a 5 star hotel, it would be just be nice to get a little nice service once in a while. I think the strong reactions are all coming from us bubbling over with stress from years of poor service in this city.

I am the first to complain about bad service in this city but there is also very good service here as well and many Palermo Soho restaurants are exceptional in their service and food .

There is no area of the city imho with better food and ambience in selected restaurants.

Try La Cabrera, Crizia,Mott, Bar 6 , Sipan . These four restaurants are exceptional,

I counted 5 restaurants listed above. So which one isn't exceptional?

:p

I went there once for brunch and found it to be pretty good. It´s not too easy to find a Mexican omelette in BA. However, it is clearly aimed at ex pats, I found there drink/food prices (maybe not beer) to be kind of high (normal for this neck of the woods)

Good customer service here is a rarity, however the trick is to become a regular at places that you DO enjoy, then you get treated like you are part owner in the place.
