my husband and I made wills in the USA several years ago. Does anyone know if these wills would be valid down here if one of us dies? For example, if I die, would my husband have access to my bank account?
Also, I have assumed that medical decisions, if say, I was in a coma, could be made by my husband and vice versa, is that so?
Any argentine paperwork I need to do to make these kinds of events go smoother?

You need to talk to an abogado de familia about these matters. The wills in the US are only valid for those things that you have in the US. Any assets in Argentina are ruled by local laws.
