Mixing Teenagers from Different Countries?

And note, UWCs are extremely competitive. You need to be a very top student within your country to compete.
 
I just wanted to bump this thread up to see if anyone who maybe doesn't read the forum that often had any teenagers with them in Buenos Aires or knew of expat teenagers.

I appreciate the comments that have been written so far, very helpful, just hoping for some more comments a little more specific in relation to my sister-in-law meeting expats her own age on a social basis here in Buenos Aires :)
