Hey man, good luck to you. I've empathized very closely with some of the problems you've written about here and I know you must feel a mixture of relief and sadness to be going. I wish you all the best.
 
I truly appreciate everyone's kind words. It's really great to know what a community we have built here, over the years we have shared so many stories, good ones and bad, advice, trials and tribulations. I will be here until September / October and look forward to reading and contributing to the forum during my last few months as I plan my exit. For me the time has come to move on - I realize that I am not happy and thriving here and must change my situation. I wish all of you the absolute best.
