need a recipe for chorizos a la pomarola

Not sure if this is what you are looking for, but once I saw chorizos coooked on a steel pan, on the parrilla grill. The pan also had chopped tomatoes, onions and garlic that cooked together with the chorizos (and their fat). The chorizos were then served with the sauce as a side, or together in the choripan. The tomatoes in this recipe remind me of what you perhaps saw (pomarola ~ pomodoro?) Worth trying anyway. Also seen this prepared using a disk from some type of plow, the disk had welded legs and stood above a small fire and ambers.

But beware of carritos and otherwise outdoors chorizo grilling!!! My teenage son gave up years of vegetarianism for trying a choripan at a "cancha" stand
