Need Advice On Bariloche/Andes

Hi I would really like to move to Bariloche or San Martin de los Andes or even Mendoza...some place with clean air near mountains, etc.; but my biggest concern is housing prices there. About how much can I expect to pay per month for something decent but modest? In BA I can rent a pretty good apt. in Palermo for about $800/month with everything included, is it similar there or (hopefully) cheaper?

Also...is there any chance of finding some kind of work there? Even a simple job to supplement what I already have...or is that totally out of the question for that area.

I suggest you do some research on the Volcano Puyehue and the economical impact it has had on the area Bariloche area.... after securing her last office job my girlfriend was told there were over 200 applicants for a single position.

Prices in Bariloche are generally about 20% more expensive that BA...food, housing and transport etc. local rentals: http://abcsur.com.ar/ cheap tourist rentals: http://tratodirecto.com.ar/ I think Bariloche is one of the most expensive destinations in Argentina.....

I have no idea about Mendoza.
