Argentina's holdout dispute spills into the White House: CFK sends letter to Obama questioning Ambassador Soderberg

In a harsh letter, released on Friday, Argentine President Cristina Fernandez urged US President Barack Obama to explain whether ”Nancy Soderberg, the person you have appointed as Chair of the Public Interest Declassification Board (PIDB), which reports directly to the Government of the United States of America, is also the Co-Chair of the American Task Force Argentina (ATFA), an entity specifically created to attack and slander the Argentine Republic and its President.”

Well she will............ no wait she won't do that....... or she will........ nope nope wait she can't do that either.........then she probably will......... nope she can't do that........... other than cadena nacional there ain't a damn thing she can do bbbwwwaaaahahahahahaaaaaaa

There is actually a ton of shit she can do. It will all backfire big time, but still, there is a ton of shit she can do.

Did you know guys that after two periods of government (and after 12 tiring years of Kirchnerismo), CFK is by far the most popular politician of Argentina? according to La Nacion from last week, she has like 40% of acceptance (repeat, after 8 years as president). She must have done something well to have those levels of acceptance, higher than any candidate, than any oposition leader....

Something more than a simple choripan that every politician (like Massa and Macri AFAIK) give.

Being popular with certain sectors of the Argentine public doesn't make you a competent leader.

Exactly. But when we cut off the Botox supply she'll mellow out.

so you say that a leader is only competent if he/she govern for certain sectors (but not all)?

A lot of dictators were popular for several years despite actions we condemn today... She did well in understanding panem et circenses still works for the masses.
