Im sorry, this is complete bolXXXX. I am married to a Cuban.My father in law is 68 years old and has cancer. He has been refused permission to leave the countrty because he is a Doctor, even though he is retired
 
Any ideas about getting money out of the country,I believe afip has the power to decide if
this is possible legitimately.
