Im talking about Flores in general, like anywhere in Buenos Aires, at night one must be a bit more cautious. Yes its more unsafe than other parts of Capital, but not as bad as everyone imagines.

Flores is big, as a rule of thumb, Flores norte is fine, Flores sur, not so much. Around plaza Flores watch your a**, around Hospital Alvarez watch your a**. Around Flores cemetery watch your a**, around Carabobo watch your a**. Geez, I can already envision some will get excited with all of this a** watching

yeah but thats at night, during the day youre ok, im not promoting Flores just saying its not some scary area one MUST avoid.

In general during the day, except for too close to 1.11.14 you should be fine. I lived in Flores for a few years.
