New Service at the Airports

Argentina has a new airport-based service. If you are at the airport and you realize you've forgotten your passport they will print you a new one on the spot (for a fee). I think it's $200US plus another service charge. Would save you a missed flight in many cases.

That's a pretty cool service and one that has yet to show up in the States. Don't know about other countries.

Obviously would apply only to those who have Argentine passports.

Has been at Ezeiza for a while now but all other international airports start the service this week.

Interesting how the government spokesman talks about the price of the service in dollars.....

The cost is $US 200 EXPRESS FEE plus the normal fee of 250 pesos
