I don't understand: is this an extension of the subway system? Is there a timeline?

all nice and well, but where are the real data?

There's also a huge project (RER -Red Expresos Regionales) in the works to interconnect all metropolitan train stations and subways in a hub located under the obelisco.

Sounds a bit pie-in-the-sky, but who knows.

But do they really have to literally lift both the name and the acronym from the Paris system?

Keeping in mind, by the way, that the latter is a rather more huge system than this one - it branches out far beyond the city of Paris to cover all of Île-de-France, the equivalent of GBA there.

Looks like an extension to the metro bus system

For the one going up north, the metrobus is already going further than city limits, it ends in Olivos, V. Lopez. I can't remember the intersection exactly.

It is said they will finish (some of them) by March.

I wish there was some easier way to get to EZE.I know about the minivans from Avenida Belgrano in the Bajo but you have to get there and they are limited. Otherwise, with the exception of the never-ending #8, its $$ but one can't ask for too much. Too bad they can't take that red French train that goes nowhere in Puerto Madero and put it to some use! If I am not mistaken, France wants it back because it was never paid for in full(or possibly at all!!)

The Puerto Madero train hasn't been working for a year or two
