No Hiding And No Running With Delta

Over the top here means: by first time i cannot evade tax, this is too much!!!!

This generalization is insulting. When they imposed the 35% tax it was aimed at tourists evading and taking advantage of the official subsidized dollar that has NOTHING to do with people that do not live here and are paying for their tickets with foreign funds, or people that MUST NOT pay income tax and live here under legal status. I think you are EVADING the truth and defending THIEVES that are taking advantage of people that are left in a catch 22 situation. And nobody has yet cited the number of the law/rule and its original text...I wonder why?

For comparison purposes, just booked eze-mia rt on avianca.com, 1 lima stopover usd846.

Because none of you read it. I did, but why should i make the effort? Tell empty head boy to quote the law, if he can.

About insulting, i m just an amateur, empty head boy is a pro.

I must admit the tax system is quite screwed up, at least 40 kms North of CABA (90% of the times, you don't get a receipt/many fake monotributos, etc.)

Scioli 2015! (it's what I read already on many walls around here)

I expected a more thoughtful and mature response ... even from you.

Comunicacion 5499 BCRA is the only written rule on this subject I was able to find. I find nothing saying purchases made abroad with foreign CC could be taxed... could you please enlighten me? Everything I have read suggests or states that purchases made by non residents within Argentina are taxed, I have found nothing on purchases made abroad with foreign payment. Zero. Nada.
