In Palermo:

Granomadre on Julian Alverez and Solar for grain, yogurt, butter, etc.

Organic chicken at end of mall on jeronimo Salguero across from Velvet on Guimes square.

Also, Buenos Aires Market is coming up this weekend at the Hipodromo de Palermo (although I believe that market is more gourmet than organic).
