Hello, does anyone know if I can hire someone to pick up a package for me at the Retiro Post office?

If I'm not mistaken, they will need a photocopy of your id and the id of the person picking up the package. We did this once or twice, and if memory serves, this is all we needed.
 
Have a look at the back of the delivery slip, I think it says. You may even have to sign it and tick a box.
