Unfortunately, I don't remember the name and I don'l live around the corner anymore. If you are at the corner of Libertad y Santa Fe and walk towards Arenales, its the second shop on the left street side - you won't miss it and as far as I remember its the only cafe place in the block. They have Illy coffee, a tea brand (not a tea drinker, so I don't remember which one, but it was one of the well-knowns as I saw the brand before in other countries) and Lindt chocolate. Hope that helps.
