Thanks, I wasn't looking at it that way. I have to remember to think backwards in Argentina . The last time I rented without help i had to pay the whole 2 years up front . but that was 2005 much easier in terms of money back then. Now would be out of the question

not really. too many empty properties right now. issue is that they dont trust no one..but its the argentines who are the problematic tenants not the foreigners.
