Pensionado Visa application

Good morning everyone.
My name is Carodragon and I am new to the forum.
I am Argentinian and came back to Buenos Aires after living 24 years in Switzerland.
My partner is British and would need to apply for a pensioner visa.
Is there a simple way to do this?

If he is married to you, no need to do that. Its a direct passport to permanent residence without any kind of income proof request.
