Hey guys,

I've used claro forever but i lost my sim and went to personal instead - i got my sim, plugged it in, and i'm good to go - but it's saying i have no credit.

I bought $100 in credit along with the sim at the time - there is, however, a scratchable bar on the back of the card the sim came with that has a code - i just don't know what to do with this. do i have to apply this code to get the credit? if so, how do i do it?

ehh.. it looks like that's just the unblock code on the card.

i just didn't get the credit i paid for.
