I didn't go to that Coto I didn't realize how far away it was, and haven't seen it elsewhere yet. I use it in savory dips as a layer itself and as a mixture, so the flavor and texture is key and I don't really like or personally find comparable any of the local options.

I am sure there's a huge shipment sitting at customs that will eventually be released, hopefully before they expire. It's likely this is why they randomly have huge supply and immediate discount for fast sale at Jumbo.
