Plain yogurt

I agree with jasonphos. I think food here is very good, mainly vegetables and meat, the point is that it tastes different. I got perfectly used to all that and I really love empanadas, tartas, etc, do you?
 
I forgot to comment on this!... I am in shock how all you, guys, know how to make plain yoghurt ! :-D I don't like yoghurts, of any type so I never had that problem getting one...! Are you reffering to "leche cultivada" when you mention plain yoghurt?
 
Now that I know how to satisfy my cravings for plain yogurt... how about BUTTERMILK? Does anyone have a source to buy this stuff or a recipe to make it?
