The Carta Organica del Banco Central is the law that rules the Central Bank.
Art. 9 establisheds the board members can be dismiss by Presidential decree only if they go against the duties established in the same law or by bad hehaviour.
The decree can be cancel by the Congress.

Macri needs him to quit because his own plan is going to violate the CB law from the begining to the end. Vanolli is going to avoid it and he wouldn't be able to dismiss him for fulfill his duties establushed by the law.

Well, first he has to acchieve that. I already posted a precedent were Patti did't do it, he finished in jail instead of the Congress. But Michetti can be President.
