Receiving mail from outside Argentina

On 8/22/20 via US Postal Service Priority Mail @ U$33 a friend sent a padded envelope with documents only to me from Oregon. USPS estmated delivery time 6 to 10 days, providing tracking by e-mail message. Took about 3 days to reach Los Angeles International desk, tracking last results said 3 times it departed Los Angeles and those were the last tracking advices received. About a week ago I had contacted USPS claiming the mail was lost. Today, 10/2/20 Correo Argentina delivered the envelope to a Recoleta address. Taking 40 days

I received a credit card by DHL 3 days, I do not know how much it cost, Schwab paid.

I checked with DHL - it would have been USD$148 to ship the book. Glad I trusted the good old Post Office.

USPS has the best international shipping rates.

They blow away the package carriers ... UPS / FedEx / DHL etc ...
