Also, OP, if you're a woman (don't know), you can do it the Argentinean way if you go to the CPI: stuff a few sweaters on your stomach like if you were pragnet, put your hands on your hips (Rocky Horror Picture Show?) then chances are you'll get your package in 10 minutes.

Has anyone noticed the number of cars with a "disabled" sticker & with drivers walking normally?!

I have had 3 different gifts ( in small boxes ) sent from the USA around Christmas over the years with no custom or fees..... yes I did have to wait about 2-3 hours at the international mail place near Retiro.... The last time I told my mother thank you..I love her..but never send me anything ever again!!! hahaha
