He came to do service on our heaters a couple of times this winter and was on-time, very friendly, and reasonably priced. He does good work and stands by it - one time, with a complicated problem, the first solution attempt didn't work, so when he came back and fixed it for real, he didn't even ask to be paid again.
He doesn't speak much English, but he was very agreeable, happy and patient with my Spanish both in person as well as on the phone when I called to try to describe the problems and book the appointment. It was a really pleasant, customer-oriented experience - something I really value when I find it here, and so I wanted to make sure to give him a recommendation for anyone who's in need of his skills.
